What is the time frame for shipping orders?
Star Stone endeavors to ship your order within 2-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Although we strive to maintain a ready inventory, the handcrafted nature of our products occasionally prevents this. Often, we are able to dispatch orders earlier than anticipated; we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you require your order to be expedited, please contact us directly. We are committed to finding a solution that meets your needs.
What is Star Stone's return policy?
- Each of our handmade products is unique and may exhibit features such as air bubbles, slight irregularities, or scratches, which arise from the characteristics of the material. We do not consider these traits to be defects warranting replacement.
- For standard items, returns can be initiated within 14 days without prior notice.
- Custom-made items, due to their unique characteristics, are not eligible for return.
- Should a product arrive damaged or unusable, please contact us at info@starstone.lt, providing a photo of the product in its original packaging for a replacement.

How do I return items I am unsatisfied with?
To initiate a return, securely repack the items in their original packaging and send them to the return address. The shipment should be pre-registered through Omniva, DPD or LP Express courier services. Star Stone will cover shipping costs for damaged items, while all other return-related costs are the customer's responsibility.

Are your products suitable for food contact?
Our products are crafted with certified organic impregnants that are safe for food contact. However, due to the weight and porous nature of the materials, as well as the gradual wear of the impregnant, we do not recommend using our products for food.
Are all Star Stone products handcrafted?
Yes, all our products are individually made by a crafty human being.
